Binghamton Zoning Map
You can see the official City of Binghamton Zoning Map here
(PDF, 983 KB) on the City's website. The new zoning map went into
effect August 7, 2006. Compared to the previous map (below), notable
differences are the shrinking of residential districts in type from five to
three and the removal of overlay districts.
For historical purposes, you can also view the
previous zoning map that was created on April 6, 1987. The West Side
section of the City of Binghamton zoning map is shown below along with
the key. Note that this map is obsolete.
